Depth of housing installation is 30mm smaller than other factories, life span is over 50000 hours.Rotation Resistance is lower than 0.01.The radial runout of outer ring is lower than 0.5,when the length of idlers are lower 550mm.The water inflow is lower than 5 gram in pouring water text within specified 72 hours.In 200 hours anti-dust text stated, the dust cannot enter into seal lubrication cavity. pulley
Life span of pulleys will be above 6 years under continuous.Special groove used on end disc, shell and plate , special ceramic linear will be used in welding which increase life span .Adhesive without primer workmanship is used, directly shot blasted the shell,avoid rubber degumming.Design and develop compound seal housing which has better performance. The radial runout of outer ring is lower than 1mm.The maximum diameter of pulleys is 2000mm.
