NL type toothed elastic coupling
Inner tooth-shaped elastic coupling is the latest product in China and has been widely used abroad. It is suitable for flexible transmission between shafts and allows large axial and radial displacement and angular displacement. It has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, easy disassembly and assembly, low noise, low transmission efficiency loss, long service life, and been welcomed by users. The shaft caliber have cylindrical (Y), conical (Z) and short cylindrical (J). The working temperature is -20 ~ +70 C. The elastic outer sleeve of the inner gear coupling can be made of various hardness synthetic rubber, reinforced cast nylon elastomer and other materials according to the user's requirements.
ML type plum blossom elastic coupling
The plum-blossom elastic coupling is composed of two half-couplings and elastic elements with the same shape of convex claws. The plum-blossom elastic element is placed between the convex claws of the two half-couplings to realize the connection of the two half-couplings. It has the characteristics of compensating the relative deviation of two axes, reducing vibration, cushioning, small radial dimension, simple structure, no lubrication, high bearing capacity, easy maintenance, etc. But when replacing the elastic components, the two-half coupling must move along the axial direction. It is suitable for connecting two coaxial lines, frequently starting, positive and negative conversion, medium and low speed, medium and small power transmission shafting, and working parts requiring high reliability. It is not suitable for heavy load and axial size constraints, and difficult parts of the two axes after replacing elastic components. After the revision of the standard, there are two kinds of materials with plum shaped elastic components: polyurethane and cast nylon. Polyurethane can be selected according to different working conditions, such as blower, water pump, light industry, textile, etc. when the work is stable and the load changes little. The price between the two materials is quite different.
XL star shaped elast coupling
Star-shaped elastic coupling, polyurethane elastomer by convex claw block restriction, this coupling is an engineering plastic elastic element, suitable for connecting the two coaxial transmission shaft, with compensation for the relative offset of the two axes, cushion, shock absorption, wear resistance, suitable for general occasions, transfer torque 20-35000.N.M, operating temperature-35-+80 Celsius Degree. The polyurethane elastomer of star-shaped elastic coupling is limited by convex claw block, which can avoid the internal deformation and external deformation caused by centrifugal force. The large concave surface of the convex claw makes the surface pressure on the involute tooth very small, and the tooth will not wear or deform even if it bears overload. Axial insertion assembly, easy to blind assembly, save time; small size, small moment of inertia, maintenance-free; easy to visual inspection. The elastomer in the middle is made of German formula polyurethane material with various hardness options.

The coupling has smaller rotary inertia than the elastic diaphragm coupling with expanding sleeve. Under the same outer diameter, the coupling is suitable for larger shaft holes, more convenient assembly and disassembly, and the price is lower.
ZL elastic pin tooth coupling
ZL elastic cylindrical pin gear coupling is made of non-metallic materials. It is placed in the connecting hole between the two half coupling and the inner surface of the outer ring. The two half coupling is connected by the transmission torque of the column pin. The coupling has the following characteristics:
(1) Large transmission torque, in reverse torque when the expansion diameter of a large number of reverse gear coupling than small, small volume, light quality, many parts can replace the gear coupling.
(2) Comparing with the tooth coupling, the elastic column pin tooth coupling is simple in design, less in structure, more convenient in manufacture and no need the gear wheel to machining tools .
(3) the maintenance is convenient and the time is longer. If the baffle is removed, the nylon column pin can be changed. (4)The nylon pin of the elastic pin gear coupling is self-lubricating material, which does not need to be smooth, not only saves smooth oil, but also has no pollution.
